Product Description

1.Introduction
Mechnical bar screen is a rotary rake type screen, applied for WWTP, pump station and sewage treatment station. It is used for removing and intercepting large foreign substance,suspended solids. This can reduce the subsequent workload.
Our mechnical bar screen consists rakes, chains, frame, and reducer,etc. Under the drive of bar screen motor, the rake chain will do rotational motion against the water current.

2.Working principle
When the rake chains move to the upper side of the machine, each set of rake can do self-cleaning motion under the guideline of channel wheel and curved track. Most of the solids will flow down by the force of gravity.
