Product Description
In the waste water treatment, solid-liquid separation is a very important process. Dissolved air flotation is one of the most effective methods. GDXF Multiphase Mixture type DAF, as new type flotation equipment, with an excellent sewage treatment technology to remove grease, gelatinous substance and suspended matters easily.
Working Theory
The air and water are inhaled by the multiphase mixture pump at the same time, and the air is dissolved into the water by high speed rotating impeller, then the gas-liquid mixture proportion is adjusted according to the site circumstance to achieve plenty of micro bubbles, which are enough to float the suspended matters. The gas proportion in the gas-liquid equilibrium vessel can reach up to 30% at the best state. The micro bubbles from the air releaser is less than 30um, they stick to the suspended solids and float the surface and then scrapped by the skimmer.
