Our superifical DAF has the circular tank shape whose tank depth is shallow. Based on the traditional DAF theory, it has successfully applied "shallow
tank theory" and "zero-speed" theory. This system consists of tank, rotating water distribution device, releasing device, frame device, collecting device.
Inlet, outlet and sludge discharge outlet are all integrated on the whole tank. The water distribution device, collecting device and releasing device will be connected together with the frame tightly, rotating around the tank.
For the circular DAF, we use reaction tank or tube mixer or tube flocculator to chemical reaction. After dosing with the coagulant and flocculant, the suspened solids will become flocs after adhering with the micro-bubbles. These tiny bubbles has small particle size whose diameter is around 10-15um. The flocs whose gravity is less than water can float up to the water surface. Then our DAF skimmer will collect the scum into the sludge tank.
